When You Need Enkopur/Kemperol
You have a flat roof or balcony with persistent water pooling and recurring leaks. Your roof has complex penetrations, upstands, or awkward details where traditional felt fails. You need a cold-applied, fire-safe liquid waterproofing system that cures without hot works. You require a seamless, reinforced membrane for waterproofing gutters or walkways.
How We Do It
We clean, prime, and prepare the existing roof substrate to ensure maximum resin adhesion. We embed polyester reinforcing fleece into the first coat of liquid waterproofing resin. We apply the final top coat of Enkopur or Kemperol to create a totally seamless, monolithic membrane. We conduct a full curing and waterproof inspection before handing over the project.
What to Expect
Liquid waterproofing applications are typically completed within 1 to 3 days depending on weather and area size.
